Players can't lose the game other then for having 0 or less life or for winning the game.
If player would win the game other then for his opponents losing the game, that player loses the game instead.
The law of war is hard to phrase, but is simple in works.

Players play with their hands and the top card of their libraries revealed.
When ~ enters the battlefield, each player may exile any number of cards from their hand.
At the beginning of each end step, if a player has three or more cards with the same name in hand, they lose the game.

Pattern-Feeder Eldrazi
Creature - Eldrazi (Mythic)
Whenever a card changes zones, put a +1/+1 counter on Pattern-Feeder Eldrazi. (Examples of cards changing zones are milled cards, drawn cards, creatures dying, cards been cast, etc.)
At the end of each turn, if less than five cards changed zones this turn, you lose the game.

Whenever enchanted player draws a card, draw a card.
Whenever enchanted player gains life, you gain that much life.
Death is light as a feather, duty heavier than a mountain.
