Suspend 4 - (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)

When Paradox Hound enters the battlefield, exile target creature with converted mana cost less or equal to number of distortion counters you have. Then if you have 10 or more distortion counters, you lose the game.
When Paradox Hound dies, you gain a distortion counter. Shuffle Paradox Hound into its owner library.
