4/3

Smash-Claw Leopard GW
Creature - Cat (U)
Multikicker GW
Vigilance
When Smash-Claw Leopard enters the battlefield, destroy up to X target artifacts and/or enchantments and put X +1/+1 counters on Smash-Claw Leopard, where X is the number of times Smash-Claw Leopard was kicked.
2/3

Druidic Ascension 2G
Enchantment (R)
At the beginning of your end step, if you control more creatures than each opponent, put a quest counter on Druidic Ascension.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if there are three or more quest counters on Druidic Ascension, add WUBRG. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end.

Ugin, World-Builder 7
Legendary Planeswalker - Ugin (M)
[+2] Return up to one target colorless card from your graveyard to your hand, then draw a card.
[-2] Create a token that's a copy of target land you control.
[-9] You get an emblem with "Whenever a player casts a spell, draw two cards, then you may put up to two permanent cards from your hand onto the battlefield."
{5}

Jace, Traveling Mage 3U
Legendary Planeswalker - Jace (M)
Reveal the first card you draw each turn. Whenever you reveal a land card this way, draw a card. Whenever you reveal a nonland card this way, put a loyalty counter on Jace, Traveling Mage.
[-1] Return up to one target creature you control and up to one target creature you don't control to their owner's hands.
[-5] Scry X, where X is the number of lands you control, then draw four cards.

With things drawing to a close, I feel like doing some critiquing
jamblock

Landfall card: This feels quite pushed. If you made the exiled cards only playable until the end of the turn, it'd probably feel more in line (and easier to keep track of)
[Multi]kicker card: Seems fine. A decent creature, with some utility played later on, though quite color intensive.
Quest Enchantment card: An inverted Oath of Druids reference in the trigger condition. It's quite powerful when you get to the magic number, but the key is getting there.
Nahiri/Sorin/Ugin planeswalker card: The +2 is potent, but probably fine. The -2 is... underwhelming. It's not weak considering what lands (Cloudpost) this is likely to be played with, but it feel like it could just be a 0 or something. The ultimate is ultimatey
Jace/Nissa/Nixilis planeswalker card: The main thing I'm not fond of is the inconsistency in getting a loyalty counter. That being said, Even if you always get a land and -1 3 times over 3 turns, this generates an insane amount of value. You're not often going to be saving up for that ultimate unless you have proliferate or a lot of offturn draw effects.

Landfall card: Seems fine. I wish there was a more a flavorful connection here, though. The name is pretty generic for a keyword as cool as double strike.
[Multi]kicker card: This on the other hand has excellent flavor. It's pretty reasonable as far as cards with delve go.
Quest Enchantment card: I like the concept. I think the reward could be a little spicier though. Perhaps legendary spells significantly cheaper to cast that turn.
Nahiri/Sorin/Ugin planeswalker card: The +1 is quite good. Perhaps even extremely good. The -2 could be a 0 easy. Or just be completely different. If someone wants a Blood Moon effect, I think they would be better served by Blood Moon and friends... especially because that +1 can generate so much power. The ultimate is interesting. I think making it straight up one-sided Humility would be better though. It's back-breaking enough that giving their creature that slim chance of fighting back is fine (that and trying to fight through a bunch of 4 toughness creatures is a hassle)
Jace/Nissa/Nixilis planeswalker card: That's a pretty crazy amount of card advantage, though it does rely on your foes to have cards in hand. I like the ultimate.
