Hurk, Pugilist Extraordinaire (Uncommon)
2RG
Legendary Creature - Elder Human
5/5
Hurk, Pugilist Extraordinaire can't be the target of spells or abilities.
2R: Hurk can only be blocked by an even number of creatures this turn.
2G: Hurk can only be blocked by an odd number of creatures this turn.

If both of Hurk's abilities are active, can it be blocked by either/or even&odd; or neither/nor even&odd?

Hmmm.... 'can only be blocked by' is a weird way to format this ability - it's usually formatted as 'can't be blocked except by' (ex: Orchard Spirit). Formatting it that way, the answer is clear - 'can't be blocked except by an (even / odd) number of creatures this turn', which combine to make it so that it can't be blocked (since no number is both even and odd).
