IIW: Eldraine mechanics

This is very powerful, and I'm a fan of the adamant mechanic in general even if I'm sad that this isn't blinkable for value. Following this up with an anthem provides a burst of damage on the fourth turn that even History of Benalia couldn't accomplish. From a design standpoint I'm not sure about this creating a copy as opposed to a normal token, but that would be dependent upon the tokens that exist in the set and balancing the P/T it provides so that's tough to judge in a vacuum. This balances fine for limited since the off-state is extremely medium.

The IIW asked for Land Enchantments, which I thought could be interpreted multiple ways, unlike Enchantment Lands.

iiw: strange mana

gets you more use out of your Trusty Machetes in the early game! I think I'd honestly like to see this just produce white (or red) mana, since the tapped clause is very punishing if it happens so I'm not really incentivised to run anything other than basics and that means I want to be a single color if I'm agressive - being a dual land feels like it's going to trap people more than anything. Otherwise it's balanced for the upside it provides.

We've seen a lot of three drops with this style of ability and this is a powerful version for sure. I appreciate the tension the card generates since the attack trigger is not optional, but the starting rate is so good that I'm concerned that's not even much of an issue, especially given this can come down and pump itself as well as the rest of the team, compared to something like Venerated Loxodon where you have to put the shields down a certain amount to benefit.

Takes a solid stab at the flavor but the entire package doesn't quite click on that front for me. Aside from that this is a reasonable limited card and the flexibility justifies the cost but this doesn't really do anything we haven't seen.

I like either line of text apart. Together, they snowball incredibly easily with low investment especially since this lord pumps itself and doesn't require your spells to resolve. Going wide and tall is pretty scary, and you even get to insulate yourself from wraths because it turns every creature into a small army.

This would definitely be a good fit for the single-minded swarm decks and I think is pretty fair as you need the triple 1 drop start to t2 it in a typical environment. That said, I'm never a great fan of cards that are all or nothing in their effectiveness such as this.

Very good tool against bigger creature decks which typically have a good time against white weenie. I appreciate that it is rare to account for how powerful this effect is at a low cost in Limited. I'd definitely cast a fair few of these, although likely from the sideboard most of the time.
