Curse of Mundanity
Enchantment - Aura Curse (U)
Enchant opponent
When Curse of Mundanity enters the battlefield, remove all counters from enchanted player.
Enchanted player can't be the target of spells or abilities they control.
Enchanted player loses all abilities, and can't gain them.
Enchanted player can't gain counters, or pay life.

Artifact, enchantment, and sorcery spells enchanted player casts cost more to cast.
Whenever enchanted player pays an additional cost to cast a spell, create a Treasure token.
