is it the walls from stronghold? A couple of those care about being dealt combat damage, and they're all 0/4 CMC2. (except the red one that's not 0/4)

And as for banding, I love the mechanic, but then again I understand it! And since it got downgraded from 10 to 9 on the storm scale, it could technically appear in Standard some day (but it is highly unlikely). I hope we get some in a supplementary set, a lot of high Storm Scale mechanics have started to show up there...
