Here's my take on a Nic Fit list:

It's very toolbox-y, which I love in a deck.

Edit: Made some changes.

Edit 2: Made some more changes. Decided I wanted to run more basics for more Veteran Explorer value, and so that I don't get hosed by Wasteland (also for cost reasons because duals are expensive). Accordingly, I dropped the number of Rofellos to 2.
