Hell, it's not very good, but as noted it has one of your better tribal subtypes, and back in the day a 1/1 with two whole keywords for two was a good deal.

I got 3 Hepatras in my pre release. 2 in the kit + 1 in prize support. The very next pre release I got one The Scorpion God Every now and then I think to myself I'll build a casual -1/-1 jund deck but never managed to put it all together.

My second game of EDH ever was a dominant Hepatra win, have played against that deck several times since and it never rolled like that one time. in a fun bit of coincidence, my very first game was against Narset, Enlightened Master and before I could do anything of significance they chained extra turns into armageddon who was just up ITT
