That card is bad and you should feel bad for playing it.
Cards with high CMCs but only one nongeneric mana always make me think about decks stuffed with cost reducers, like Hazoret's Monument and Ruby Medallion and Helm of Awakening,,, this manticore isn't really worth all the trouble, though; I always think cards that cost five or more could do more, even at common. With "Invading" in its name you think it'd have haste?

Yeah when Revised was the latest set, Shivan Dragon was the most valuable card in the set. It was $18 and duals were less.

I think this card is really cool, but ultimately kinda bad. Neat 0/0 synergy with Methroi or mutates in general, though!

Not something green gets very often, and it is semihard removal. Still, I wouldn't exactly call it efficiently costed and and not hitting flyers is... troublesome.
