How would people do a Lorehold graveyard decks, or utilize its graveyard synergy?

On one hand, we have many synergetic new cards added to appease W/R spellslingers (and this expansion added two potential legends in Velomachus Lorehold and Plargg, Dean of Chaos.

On the other, graveyard affinity gives old style artifact decks a huge boost, with a whole commander deck dedicated to artifact/creatures.

At the same time, many graveyard synergy ties with creatures and tokens, which also work with traditional Aggro-equip fashion where WotC dedicated last 1.5 year to empower.

And if we mix the above themes together at various %, who might be an ideal leader? I've seen Tajic, Legion's Edge doing a equip/spell hybrid before.

I'd love to hear what everyone thinks of W/R's expanded horizon.

I've rarely found mixing themes together to be a good recipe for success. Even if they overlap significantly, it's easy to get stalled out with the wrong pieces imo.

I think plargg is very open-ended. Could throw in a ton of random high-value 3cmc cards. Could do mostly legendary creatures and cmc >4, with a few high-value targets to hit. Plus you've got madness synergy and the like, or at least a 2/2 merfolk rummager. Already built him as all-in Sunforger but I'll probably try some additional builds in the future because I really dig him.

While there's some overlap between the new commanders, I think I'd build them all in pretty different ways. Hofri as mostly etb/ltb/dies triggers with sac outlets, alibou as artifact creature tribal/tokens, Quintorius probably just with a bunch of Scrabbling Claws and ways to self-mill with some gy value, and osgir as looting + equipment tribal/voltron.

Velomachus I don't have a great bead on. I guess just extra combat effects, yawn. Most of RW's instant/sorcery cache is in removal, which isn't that exciting to hit considering the effort involved. And obviously a board wipe is pretty counterproductive, although I guess something like Tragic Arrogance would be decent.

Given how many interesting new RW commanders we've got, I can't imagine wanting to build someone as vanilla as Tajic, Legion's Edge within this lifetime, but that's just me.

I think I'd be using Inspiring Statuary and Ghirapur Aether Grid in most of the decks here. I like adding versatility to dormant rocks, eggs, and equipments. Feels very Lorehold.

Now come to think of it, can Quintorius, Field Historian be a Phoenix tribal leader? (for the sake of it)
