I'll nominate Manascape Refractor to be cut. We have a few good utility lands (which may or may not get cut later). There's no guarantee that this won't be more than an ETB tapped 3cmc rock, and we would need some luck for it to be great. I'd rather have cards that will be good all the time.

I'd like to nominate Prismatic Omen to be cut. It doesn't seem to do anything in this list; it'd be one thing if we played Last Stand or maybe cards with Domain (like Worldly Counsel), but it's just not there. All it does is mana fix, and I think we've got that with our land base.

For drawing a card, 5 mana is very expensive, and making one mana at 5 mana is also a low return unlike the mana rocks. Mu Yangling is also expensive for what it does, but her + does help get the general through to crack back at people which is why I prefer her over Sarkhan.

Maybe we could declutter the chopping block since we're not looking to cut more creatures; there's 3 creatures with standing vote counts on the chopping block, but we're not cutting them unless the rules change.

I'd like to nominate: Mu Yanling.
She has a special place in my heart, since I really loved the World Series duel decks, but, in truth she's a pretty terrible planeswalker and only marginally dovetails with our strategy (unblockable is cute, and obviously drawing cards and taking an extra turn are potent, but 6 mana to do those things is not stellar).

I feel I can't vote for any current chopping block candidates because I've either nominated it, or it's a creature, or I would rather see it in the deck (assuming Manascape Refractor is Spear of Heliod, which I really like with our 'incentives' to attack us).
