[Budget] Meren - Deck

Hola, I´m looking for a good budget Meren deck around 80€. I tried building her on my onw but its not that easy. I dont know wich wincon I should use for that budget. I play casual and I found some cedh budget versions but it feels bad playing this kind of decks in a casual round. But the decks from the other players a still very strong.
The edh casual wincons pieces are ways to expensive for me (like Mikaeus, the Unhallowed )
So maybe one of you has build a good meren deck on that budget? Or any suggestions?

My Meren deck is right around your budget if you exclude Exploration. It's got plenty of room for growth since I built it as an intro deck, but still has some combos and synergy.

Cryo's decklist looks very solid for the price. That should give you a baseline on what to start with. Looks to be some proliferate and counter synergies that you may or may not have, so those could be upgraded to another synergy package or just more goodstuff.
