11/11 trampler for nine in green at uncommon... Very easy to get out even with only small amounts of ramp. Also easy to get rid of though.

I see giant creatures with cycling and thing 'is this worth reanimating?' Surprise trample isn't the most powerful combat trick, but I'll take pretty much any upside with my cantrip in limited. And if you do hit 9 mana (or reanimation), a beefy trampler looks good.

....this probably points to a somewhat slower limited format (assuming people want to actually cast their giant monsters), but I suppose we'll see how things turn out.

I expect considerable amounts of ramp in the set.

One of the things I've noticed from Godzilla and Drannith Stinger is that it seems like cycling is being costed more aggressively than usual. In Amonkhet Drannith Stinger would've costed 2 to cycle and Godzilla probably 2g. Cycling for two and giving something permanent Trample is great value.

I doubt Godzilla would have cost 2G to cycle, since Trample isn't exactly a powerful mana trick. I do agree that I'm surprised to see 1 cost cycling, as I would not have anticipated that.

Depends on your deck, there are plenty of fatties that don't have trample, and cycling this after your opponent has blocked your fatty with a 1/1 is some good value.
