The newest in a long line of conditional fogs. Four seems steep, even with the scry.

I wonder if it's "awe" instead of "fear"...the flavor doesn't feel right for fear.

Four mana sounds about right, considering this can be completely one sided. It's obviously not for competitive constructed, but having a fog that turns off your opponent's creatures but lets yours do damage is pretty bonkers for turning a pile of trades or bad blocks into killing off the opponent's board.

Might be okay in limited, as you can draft to make it one-sided, although at the same time it's possible your opponent drafts to completely invalidate this. Four is a bit much for a fog in any other format/context - I don't play Blunt the Assault very often, so I can't imagine playing this.

Considering that you can make this completely one-sided, and the scry to boot, I can't really say that this should be costed any less. But at the same time, paying 4 for any kind of fog rarely feels great.
