Please note that the cards all appearing with only three letters are from an as of yet unconfirmed leak and, per a short discussion in a different thread, displaying the cards with only three letters is recommended way until further notice. Once they are confirmed or I have permission from the mods to fully display their names I will do so.

Four things
[*] It is said here that there 111 commons including the basic lands. That must mean 106 commons and the five Nyx basics,
[*] The non-constellation basic lands are numbered separately because they only appear in supplemental products. These are #278-287
[*] This would also mean 10 less rares?, since there 80 uncommons and 254 cards total?
[*] Normally there are 10 extra cards in the planeswalker decks, but these only seem to have eight.

Would it be reasonable to put Sunlit Hoplite into this?

Maybe we'll get a monocolored deck for Elspeth and no common dual land.

I just re-read the article you posted. It says that the non-Nyx lands are considered commons. They appear outside of the normal set, though. In theory this would mean that there are less than 111 in the set proper. Since there are 10, that bring the in set common count down to at most 101, which is more realistic. If both the non-Nyx and the Nyx lands are considered common, then it drops to 96 commons. This logic might be able to be applied to the uncommon slot as well, given the 5 demigod showcase cards, which would mean 75 uncommons in set, making the rarity breakdown more closely match other sets.

EDIT: I have updated the projected breakdown, in doing so fixing the fact I was missing 10 cards.

There will be a section of extended art cards. For example, extended art Setessan Champion is number 331.
258 is alt-art Daxos.
Based on the number of alt-cards left, it's safe to assume there will be 5 gods, 5 demigods, Klothys and that nyxborn planeswalker guy who looks kinda like Deep from The Boys.

258 is alt-art Daxos.
Based on the number of alt-cards left, it's safe to assume there will be 5 gods, 5 demigods, Klothys and that nyxborn planeswalker guy who looks kinda like Deep from The Boys.
I thought the sexy guy was Klothys's green demigod? I hope he's a planeswalker instead but the art being horizontal rather than vertical suggests otherwise.

There will be a section of extended art cards. For example, extended art Setessan Champion is number 331.

According to this he is a walker

Just a heads up for those viewing this, I've adjusted the counts to only include the confirmed/officially revealed cards. I've left the cards leaked from the pack opening in the crunch (each one denoted by three letters) as they are waiting actual reveal. If it is decided by the Preview Mod team to list their full names again I will update accordingly.

We may not have a card number and such but if Heliod is showcase, does that confirm him for the set?

Also for gods so we far we got,
Red
Black
Green
Red/Green
White?

I'm wondering how many we are getting. Either we are getting 5 and one of the monocolored (Thassa) is not in this set or we get 6 Gods. I think the latter is more likely. I can see a monocolored God cycle plus a red/green god to show who took over for Xenagos. With this said, I see the following.

ASSUMING, we get a cycle of 6 gods:
Mythic count:
6 Gods (one of each color plus the red/green)
Elspeth
Ashiok
New Nyx planeswalker.

That's 9/15.

Maybe a mythic for each color left plus a multicolored mythic? Or a mythic artifact somewhere. This is just speculation. Either way, we know a good amount of the mythica already.

Since Erebos, Nylea, and Purphoros are in along with the demigod Daxos it is safe to assume that all five mono-color gods are in. There are 10 showcase cards, five of which are confirmed to be the demigods. With Erebos getting the showcase frame treatment as well it likely means that each of the mono-color gods will get that same treatment.

For the other mythics, Maro left a cryptic message on his blog implying that there might be titans in this set (in this case the predecessors to the Gods). These could easily take up five of the mythic slots.

EDIT: not sure if the ox counts as a titan (easily could, not sure at this point) but for now walking back the comment about five mono-color titans. Titans can be here, though I'm not sure what the color distribution will be

Oh I almost forgot about titans.

6 Gods (one per monocolor and 1 red/green)
5 Titans (one per monocolor)
3 planeswalkers
14/15

That leaves 1 more mythic. I'm guessing it'll be an artifact or multicolored or a story related card in a Saga.

Edit we got a new red mythic that's not a titan. To me this makes where the titan cycle may potentially be rare. It's hard to predict mythic for this set in a way.

So after a quick analysis of the multicolored. It seems there are 25 multicolored cards. If we include the speculation cards and unofficial cards I can see that there are 2 cycles.

1. A dual colored uncommon cycle (10)
2. A dual colored rare cycle (10)

This leaves 5 more cards.
From this i see we got the new mythic red/green god and Ashiok. If we include the new planeswalker that's 3 cards.

That leaves 2 unknown multicolored. My guess it's possible we get another mythic possibly another dual colored god or 2. Maybe one or more titan is dual colored as well. I feel at least one of the remaining multicolored will be a 5 colored rare or mythic rare. Theros has had 5 colored things before and I'd be surprised if we don't see one here especially with the return of enchantment matters stuff.

You're missing #72-74

I'm assuming there's still a possibility that #72 could be Thassa's intervention? If it's a cycle of course

Thank you, ended up missing a ] on Thassa which collapsed the other empty slots down. Fixed.

Well if the titans escaped theory is right (based on the saga)

Safe bet those titans are part of the last mythics

The issue with the Titans is that there are 5 mythic slots left and one of them must be the new planeswalker. So I don't think we can get a Titan for each color. Unless the Titans are colorless... which would make more sense since colorless wouldn't give devotion to any god.

It doesn't have to be a 5 card cycle there are cycles less than 5 before

And even if that's not the case war of the spark introduced walkers that can be made at uncommon and rare and maro confirmed this is something they can do now same goes for static ability walkers

Lastly are we taking to consideration that polukranos was potentially sharing the jail cell with the titans

It would appear Siona, Captain of the Pyleas isn't going to warrant their own thread (though she's in the spoiler), but it's number 226.
May your games be chaotic and your decks be rogue.

Yep that might confirm a legend of each guild color combo will get a slot at rare or mythic

So

Azorius
Rakdos
Golgari (polukranos is excluded for as if a rare slot gets gets a legend and not mythic)
Simic

Is all that remains for a legend in theros

Since Siona, Captain of the Pyleas is an uncommon, I do not believe that the potential cycle is restricted by rarity. So that would make Polukranos the Golgari contribution, and we are only missing Azorius, Rakdos, and Simic.
