I rather like this. now its not going to win in modern or standard I get that. ok what I like is what this card is wanting to do.

I think I would pay a G for +2/+1 enchant creature. if I did that sort of thing. you drop this on a fae or a 1/1 flyer and you have yourself a serious threat, 2 commons do make a rare haha.

the equip cost is crazy, but in sealed you find yourself with moments where that equip cost will become your 5 cost "over the top" action
(did I use the "over the top" correctly? haha)

the non human is grind obviously but its a theme of the set so what can you do

in otherwords I see this card doing work in sealed

Not exactly Rancor - equip 5 is a lot - but yeah, good stuff for Limited, being a way to turn even a 1/1 into a legitimate threat.
