Huh, interesting. Red has gotten temporary theft before, but not permanent theft. I can't actually think of any similar cards in Red - just blue ones, like Dragonlord Silumgar. On the other hand, losing all abilities means you can't really get any value from the stolen permanent. I guess you can sacrifice it, but that's relatively minor. Alternatively, any flicker effects that return to your control, such as Conjurer's Closet.

So pacifism on wings, with some minor upside. (Steal a food token to feed it to a food-matter card or a human to a sac outlet.)

I suppose without the human restriction it would be too good for its mana cost?

I know this (obv I do not know) a 4/3 flyer for 4 cmc is a good rate in sealed. I can envision several players whiffing on casting this spell cause at worst it reads as a 4 attack flyer.

I was expecting some sort of dragon either taking or protecting a princess. . .ive seen shrek. but I figured it would be a 6 cast 5/5 or more beefcake of a dragon and not such a questionably playable one.

I might just run Hellkite Tyrant instead.
Mirri, Cat Warrior counts as a Cat Warrior.
