I think we're both ultimately coming from the same place, as I didn't think of it through the Robin Hood lens and just saw a red bear with reach.

to me this card is reading as a non ninjutsu ninja, tis sad thow hast no ninja in this thy world of fairy tale
also, does this mean shurewood forest is burnt down? shirewood?
this card is all sorts of wrong
that being said it is a 1r casting cost 2/2 so modern will try to make this work. . .and im for it.
ok well maybe the rogue rider makes it to narrow. it is a human
ill have to read this card a couple 10 times more or so no big deal

Top-down Robin Hood?
Interesting that it is an attack trigger, and not a combat damage trigger. Card is a bit difficult to evaluate in a vacuum though - random cards from an opponent deck are pretty high variance, and it doesn't let you play lands. Still, it is repeatable card advantage on a hasty two-drop, so the floor is pretty high.
