Any idea why my card boxes started doing this weird vertical extension of their shadows?

example:

Code: Select all

[float=right width="400px"][box header="Commander Alternatives" bg=ghostwhite width="100%" border=2  topcorners=4 bottomcorners=4 style=solid color="#c1d8f0" ]
[align=center]
[cardimg width=150 corners=8 shadow=4]Lavinia, Azorius Renegade[/cardimg][cardimg width=150 corners=8 shadow=4]Brago, King Eternal[/cardimg][cardimg width=150 corners=8 shadow=4]Chulane, Teller of Tales[/cardimg][cardimg width=150 corners=8 shadow=4]Karador, Ghost Chieftain[/cardimg][cardimg width=150 corners=8 shadow=4]Anafenza, the Foremost[/cardimg][cardimg width="150" corners=8 shadow=4]Tymna the Weaver[/cardimg]
[/align]
[/box][/float]

I can't seem to replicate it in here, but you can see it at my primer:
viewtopic.php?f=35&t=298

The commander alternatives box seems to stretch out vertically.

I *think* it's because of the 'height=auto' in the parent div, and could have to do with the clear tag at the end of the text. Not 100% sure.

So maybe if I specify a height on the float box it'll fix it?

edit: Removing the clear tag at the end of the text seems to have fixed it. Not 100% sure why :)

I don't see it (although I'm on iOS mobile atm, might be different on chrome/ff)
Can you give me a screen shot just in case I can't see it when I get home either?

Oh wait. You probably got caught up in the sizing change we had with cardimg tags. If you edit the post it'll go away. Apologies.

Yeah I could not recreate it when I put the clear tag back so I guess it must have been something that fixed on save.
