By the way, that's pretty much how cards are written in playtest. It would be "CARDNAME enters with an Aura token with enchant creature and "Enchanted creature cannot attack or block." attached to it." And then it would be reduced to "CARDNAME can't attack or block." because that's simpler and loses only a tiny bit of functionality. (The goal with this card is to remove the aura.)

According to the article, March 13. Note that playtest cards unfortunately won't be in the store versions - there is an additional foil instead.
