Sorry, but I can't read Bluestreak without automatically thinking of the Transformers Gen 1.

That said, I like the cards.

Fun stuff! The Night Rider is particularly cool.

I think Race Track can just be a global enchantment that says "Vehicles you control have haste." Alternately, a land itself.

I would add "...at the beginning of the next end step" to Immortal Engines' ability, or else it turns any crew 1 Vehicle into an extremely efficient sacrifice engine. At least they're never going to print a crew 0 Vehicle, not under the current crew rules anyway.
