I saw a prompt in the Commander Game thread about characters from the lore you wish were in Commander; Legends. I had to look up his story, but it's a tragedy Barktooth Warbeard hasn't received a modern update based purely on his name. Anyway, here is just that.

Haste, menace
When Barktooth dies during combat, create a legendary Shapeshifter creature token with deathtouch named Halfdane that is white, blue, and black. Its power is equal to Barktooth's power and its toughness is equal to Barktooth's toughness.
I sing of the Warbeard's death, tragic and strange.
