Obviously there's a lot to comment on here; I'll just immediately say I like the sorcery dual idea but it's, well, a little odd based on how mana abilities work, and the cast land idea is very nice. Cheaper Bicycle is probably too efficient and Tolarian Library would be a commander must-include right off the bat; Tolarian Research Gate kind of worries me because it's just so damn much value.
