If I have infinite black mana, can I continuously bounce two creatures with Ninjutsu?

"Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking"

Basically would a creature that you put into play be an "attacker"?
The other stipulation is that "The ninjutsu ability can be activated only after blockers have been declared. Before then, attacking creatures are neither blocked nor unblocked."

In theory this would meet the criteria as it's an "attacker" and unblocked?

Yes, that works fine. Since the new creature does not have anything blocking it, it is an unblocked attacker. And it is an attacker since it is attacking, So you can just keep bouncing the same two creatures if you want and if no one interrupts you.

If you have a hard lock established with mindslaver you can request to short cut it and just end the game. Remember it is only a request and afaik, you can be forced to play it out.

"I'm assuming you meant to start your own question thread not respond to a completely unrelated question with a question. Mindslaver
You need to clarify what you are asking. If you have established a loop you can explain your loop and short cut any number of iterations.
Let's say you control Academy Ruins and a Mindslaver with enough mana to play and activate both every single turn. And for the sake of simplicity let's assume your opponent controls no permanents making it impossible for them to interact with you. You can declare your loop of playing mindslaver, activating it targeting your opponent and then using Ruins to return it to your library so you will draw it next turn and continute your loop. You can now short cut this loop say 60 times so your opponent has drawn their entire library and then drawn from an empty library thus losing.

However, if your loop doesn't result in a player winning or losing then you don't "end the game" if an optional loop is created then you must state a number of iterations you repeat and then make a choice other than the one creating the loop. Such a case will come up if in the previous example the opponent will not lose from drawing from an empty deck for a number of reasons but let's say you started your loop with more than 7 cards in their deck and they are enchanted with a Wheel of Sun and Moon. Now because they will have to discard to handsize every turn and the discarded card goes back into their library you must declare a number of iterations and then cease your loop.
