Rooftop Storm and Commander Tax

Does Rooftop Storm eliminate the need to pay any Commander tax as well as the printed mana cost, or must the Commander Tax still be paid. This, of course, assumes the Commander is a Zombie such as Varina, Lich Queen.

commander tax is added on top of any other costs, so no.
