What are the sort of outcomes that you could get if you cast a spell, say Anger of the Gods and then your opponent uses Counterspell to counter it, then you cast Chef's Kiss to gain control of the Counterspell and make a copy of it?
I'd be guessing about exact timing of how these card would resolve and interact.
Scratch that I just read that it only targets permanents or players not spells on stack.
