Cards: Ayula, Queen Among Bears, Garruk's Uprising, and bear
Board State: Ayula and Garruk's Uprising are on the battlefield.
I would like to verify if the draw portion of Garruk's Uprising will draw cards if I resolve Ayula's 2x(+1/1) counters trigger first when I cast a bear.

Unfortunately, the ability from Garruk's Uprising only checks when the bear enters the battlefield, not after Ayula, Queen Among Bears's ability resolves against it. In a similar vein, the uprising wouldn't care if Phyrexian Obliterator got hit with Disfigure or even Dismember, since it's not an intervening if clause like some abilities have.
