If I have Underworld Breach in play and Murderous Rider in my grave (say from discard). Can I cast Swift End via the Escape mechanic granted by Breach putting it back into the Adventure Zone?
If yes, I assume my Rider can die, trigger it's ability to bottom itself, then I respond to the trigger with Swift End to put it back into my Adventure Zone. Yes?

It isn't the Adventure Zone: it goes to Exile.
But yes, that all works. Breach gives you permission to cast the card and doesn't limit what type of spell is allowed. You can choose either side. And yes you can respond to the trigger to cast Swift End.
