Hi, when I go to fnm or any store. When using Runed Halo, I always have these thin strips of paper where I write the card named with the halo using ballpen. Is this fine in tournament play? I do this to properly keep track of what each halo is naming.

Absolutely fine and dandy and commendable, as long as you don't write on these pieces of paper prior to a game in progress, only while a game is in progress, and you don't put these pieces of paper inside of sleeves and shuffle them in.
