Hi, for example I cast lavinia of the tenth.. detain opponent's goblin guide. then on their turn they cast two monastery swiftspear... are the swiftspear also detained, or they can attack?

Lavinia is a one shot effect that locks in what it effects when it resolves. So any new permanents will be unaffected by her ability
