I assume if I Living Death while Syr Konrad, the Grim is in play, I get all the Syr Konrad triggers for the creatures that exile from my graveyard?
Also, if I were to shuffle my graveyard into my library with say Elixir of Immortality that would count as the creatures leaving my graveyard and trigger Syr Konrad, correct?

For the Living Death question: yes you would. Since you exile the cards from the graveyard before sacrificing the creatures on the field, Konrad is around to see those cards leave the graveyard.
In the Elixir case: yes again. They leave the graveyard when they go to the library so Konrad will trigger for them as well.
