If I have a Dawn of the Dead in play and a Drinker of Sorrow in play. I sac my Dawn of the Dead to the Drinker of Sorrow after it deals combat damage. Does the creature I brought back at the beginning of my upkeep remain in play? Thanks

No, it will still be exiled. Dawn of the Dead's triggered ability sets up another, delayed, triggered ability; the creature that is returned to the battlefield by that ability will be exiled at the next end step no matter if Dawn is still on the battlefield or not.
