If I have Repercussion and a Stuffy Doll that's enchanted with Pariah tap to ping itself 1 damage, does this loop infinitely?

Yes, this would loop infinitely, even after the chosen player is dead. See also Guilty Conscience.

Yes, this would loop infinitely, even after the chosen player is dead. See also Guilty Conscience.
