Does Wheel of Sun and Moon prevent "dies" triggers on the enchanted player?

Effectively yes, except for tokens. Creature cards on the battlefield that player owns will never die, because that event will be replaced by (revealing them and) putting them on the bottom of their library. Tokens are not cards and Wheel of Sun and Moon simply doesn't affect them at all.
EDIT: Nontoken creatures the enchanted player owns do not die, but ones they control but don't own do, as they would never be put into that player's graveyard.
