[XLN-M19] Grixis Midrange

Grixis midrange isn't great, but it has some powerful cards and it isn't terrible either. Here's a version that I've been playing to grind out wins on Arena Bo3. You are probably better off playing Teferi, but Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God does a lot and Nicol Bolas, the Ravager is card advantage except against Tamiyo, Collector of Tales and Nullhide Ferox.
