I think neither is worth a slot. Depending on your board you're basicaly tapping out to make Greven unblockable while this 5 mana could rather be spend for more threats/enablers/protection. Lands ETB tapped not because of trigger but static ability so new Elesh doesn't backfire at that.

T&N is everyone's favourite Tooth and Nail which is usually infinite-combo enabler. You have no outs against infinite combos if they budge. Omen Machine is interesting card for Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and probably for him only.
