I try to play a couple of burn cards in any of my red or red'ish edh decks, just in case. Never know when 6 damage will be enough to finish someone off

I'd have to choose Lavalanche over this just because of it dealing damage to the player as well. Maybe I'd run this if I were creating a very creature light deck and I needed some sweepers.

Personally, I like the Temples so reprints are always welcome. I can see them doing a 2c deck with mono-colored partner commanders. Kind of like what they did in Battlebond, with Will&Rowan, etc.
