Standardized sort automatically
Is there a way to make a decklist and have it automatically standard sort? Right now when I update a decklist from Deckbox, I will export it as straight text and it comes out like this: 1 Arid Mesa 1 Command Tower 1 Emeria, the Sky Ruin 1 Fabled Passage 1 Field of the Dead 1 Flooded Strand 1 Gemston...

Re: Saryth's Magnificent Trampling Circus
I don't think this deck needs or wants any "put a billion things without haste on the battlefield" effects. it's winmore and sometimes actively bad with some creatures (hydras esp).
Many things I would prioritize over winmore stuff.

Re: Rocco, Hatebear Caterer
This deck is pure table flipping :D I love it. I would not play *any* vanilla beaters in this deck; and Sun Titan is overcosted without fetch ramp as an out. Overall really like where you're going. One really subtle but cool interaction with Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer is that he can find Strict Procto...

Re: [mtgnexus] Random Card of the Day - Nature's Resurgence
These types of cards are almost always way better in your imagination than they are. Crypt of Agadeem is an example of one that I have only ever had go well in Varina, Lich Queen where I actively am filling my yard and have a very high creature count. It takes quite a bit of doing to get enough crea...

Re: [mtgnexus] Random Card of the Day - Keeper of the Accord
My experience with keeper has been that it is only really good if you are actively going down on lands as a matter of gameplay. If you are on a ton of karoos and lotus lands it's really super strong. If not it sucks. It is also really good on a perilous forays plan where you intend to sacrifice the ...

Re: Ephara, God of the Polis - Flash & Taxes
So I saw another newish card here I'm not sure I ever discussed: First Response This card seems potentially really strong. Conceptually it should: * Deter chip damage attacks, since you draw a card and make a dude * Trigger off of Fetchlands (which I have ~8 of) as well as Ancient Tomb and Mana Cryp...

Re: [mtgnexus] Random Card of the Day - Thicket Elemental
So this is actually a really cool card I might run in my specific build of Xenagos, God of Revels which does not play any bad creatures really. It's a little unfortunate it has such a bad body and no trample though.
Still, a random one of the creatures in my deck is really good :D

Re: Hazezon, Shaper of Sand - Traversing the Desert
I honestly didn't even know about Ruin Ghost. That seems like a reasonable addition. I looked into Case of the Locked Hothouse as a second Oracle of Mul Daya . I decided against it primarily due to being 4 mana (even though that is what Oracle costs) but if I continue down the route of some of the ...

Re: Hazezon, Shaper of Sand - Traversing the Desert
No Ruin Ghost?
I've been having great success with Case of the Locked Hothouse in decks that want to make more land drops. Just super good.

Re: Big Timmy Style: Xenagos, Double Stuffed Ohnoeos
I updated the OP here -- the deck has evolved quite a bit over time. It's one of my favorite and most winningest decks, and I really enjoy the patterns it has. It's so different from any of my other decks which tend toward intricate synergies and low mana curves with complex ramp setups. This deck i...

Re: Thrasios and Tormod's Field of the Dead
Deck got to do the thing today. It was beautiful. I hit Meathook massacre and ashnods altar off a sword of forge hit, looked like I was dead without enough mana to finish it. But sylvan scrying for a vesuva into a second field of the dead let me use ashnods altar then Meathook to wipe the board. The...

Re: Y'all are building Liesa wrong
I think if I were building Liesa I would focus 100% on having her out at all times and swinging every turn for the 5 life. I'd play all the haste enablers you can (which you have a solid # of) and I'd probably try running some cost reducers. equipment that gets her to 7 power is nice as well. I thin...

Re: [mtgnexus] Random Card of the Day - Overwhelming Stampede
I did some more reflecting, and the thing I like about this card as a design is: 1) it's a little faster than hoofdad in many ways so there's a reason to run it 2) it rewards having taller creatures 3) it provides an attack surface (kill da biggest boi) to non-counterspell decks It's not a perfect c...

Re: God-Eternal Oketra
I need another 1 drop, Skrelv, Defector Mite, Weathered Wayfarer, or Novice Inspector I think your land package is strong enough to make Weathered Wayfarer the best option but multiple Mother of Runes effects you can't go wrong with either (so you could add Giver of Runes ). I think Signal Pest is ...

Re: God-Eternal Oketra
The primary advantage of Stonecloaker over Kor Skyfisher is in combination with the following cards that all read "once each turn" or "each end step", My finding historically with that is that costing 3 makes that rarely good enough, and Oketra's Monument + Tocasia's Welcome + S...

Winota, Joiner of Forces is the epitome of that to me. 1 2 3 babooom.
plus you get to play crazy high curve humans which never see play (like Evangel of Heliod)

Re: God-Eternal Oketra
yeah I think Sword of Forge and Frontier and Sword of Hearth and Home in particular are really good; massive amount of ramp and also protection. Unfortunate that it doesn't make a 2 turn clock but it is what it is :D

Re: God-Eternal Oketra
If I want a sac outlet for this deck it is high on my list Something specific I've noted is that having a sac outlet available to protect God-Eternal Oketra from Gilded Drake effects (or other types of semi-permanent removal) is very nice, and tends to synergize with a significant number of tokens....

Re: God-Eternal Oketra
Lots of convergent evolution in our decks, but some things you may enjoy tech-wise in my build: https://deckbox.org/sets/3303697?s=c&o=a Probably the most notable is the Ranger of Eos package. Crashing Drawbridge is a leet piece of tech for team haste I have enjoyed. Kor Skyfisher is sorcery spe...

Re: [mtgnexus] Random Card of the Day - Krav, the Unredeemed
yeah I've both theorycrafted this deck and had multiple friends build it, but two 5+ cmc commanders in an orzhov deck basically says you're going to be either: 1) playing incredibly slowly 2) playing so many mana rocks you can't support synergies The other huge issue is that Krav, the Unredeemed say...

Re: Varina, Esper Zombie
I know this is going to go agains the grain a little but I think if you are truly trying hard with Varina, you need to be running Demonic Consultation and Thassa's Oracle . I'd dig deep and try to trade for an Intuition because the package of Thassa's Oracle + Dread Return + Spellseeker will win gam...

Re: Mangara Mono White Control
Mangara tends to rattlesnake people into going after each other to prevent drawing me extra cards, adding to the chip damage totals through the game, and when opponents do take each other out I'm suddenly in prime position to pop off a wipe and quickly redeploy and target down the survivor I think ...
