Mutavault only costs to activate. In abstract +2/+1 and Vigilance for 2 more mana is a fair price, but in practice that's basically trinket text.

Mirari's Wake when it hit distorted my casual play group and everyone was suddenly running white green even when it was out of character for them; the bonuses back then added up to something too tempting and eventually damaged the feel of the game. To be fair, that's pretty on-brand for the Mirari.

It turns Blazing Volley into Plague Wind, so that's pretty neat. It also gives you more bang for your buck on say Earthquake, Hurricane, or Fireball. It would probably be a lot more useful if it could be in the command zone.
