This is pretty spicy as a commander considering you can just choose to keep sending it to the 'yard, where there's no commander tax - and any kind of exile/tuck removal will just put it back in the command zone where you can safely re-send it to the graveyard.

It's spicy, but you'd better have throwaway cards ready.

Probably your best thing is to also have Torpor Orb ready.

Spicy enough that they might just get banned for that very reason. Probably not though, in which case I really want to build a deck around this guy.

This was my first thought, but you also lose a positive ETB trigger with the orb on the field. Bit of a trade off unfortunately.
