A creature with a tap ability to create Treasure seems like it would be the perfect way to save them up, but the damage actively discourages that. It's weirdly anti-synergistic in a way that evokes bad threshold cards.

Antagonistic abilities like this exist for balance, but this one seems a bit...excessive.
