Only one more spell?
That's perfectly fine when it's a Dragonstorm for 4+ ....

"Seven R" is more legible than "RRRRRRR". Good formatting change.

A sufficiently-sized Fireball would work too, but you're only netting three mana unless you have something like Ruby Medallion or Thornscape Apprentice to remove that 1.

Or if we're mentioning old cards today, Latulla, Keldon Overseer.

I'm eyeing Dragonstorm specifically, because the main drawbacks are null'd if it gets you there. Seething Song was banned in modern for being too much of a ramp. The main trade off here is that this costs 1 more, but nets you more added ramp mana. The normal limitations being that multiple copies can't stack, and that it has to be your last ramp spell before you unload the mana, are overlookable. In most cases, this drawback prevents it from getting busted, but Dragonstorm is the exception.

Infernal Plunge + Irencrag Feat sets up a lethal Dragonstorm on turn 4. (eg: two Bogardans and a Karrthus).
Add any additional way to ramp just one more mana and we're looking at turn 3, which breaks the "too fast" threshold for modern combo.

That makes sense. But yes, something to reduce mana cost (if we're storming).

I like the idea of having a mana sink, though, mostly as something I can do with rituals if I'm facing down any sort of Rule of Law variant, and there's one in this set.
